The deadline to submit your final approved thesis/dissertation and final paperwork for Summer 2026 is August 10, 2026. The deadline to submit your final approved thesis/dissertation and final paperwork for Fall 2026 is December 4, 2026. There are an online thesis and doctoral repository, and webforms for approvals and the report on the final exam. Students planning to graduate in December 2026 can apply through Student Admin. Please apply as soon as possible. For more information, please see Applying for Graduation. Students planning to graduate in May 2027 will be able to apply to graduate using the self-service portal on October 26, 2026.

Thesis and Dissertation submissions must meet Accessibility of Web Content standards under the Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act in accordance with the final ruling by the Department of Justice.
