Transition of Graduate Enrollment Services to the Office of the Registrar

Graduate student enrollment services have moved from the Graduate School to the Office of the Registrar effective August 23, 2017. Services that the Registrar will assume include: records and enrollment services, degree audit, the graduate commencement book, graduate record retention and compliance activities, and administration of graduate catalog changes. As a part of this transition, the Graduate School’s enrollment services staff have been reassigned to the Office of the Registrar. You can find the full announcement to the University community on the Graduate School website. As changes continue throughout the fall semester, updated information will be provided here to guide you to the appropriate services and staff.

I need a form. Where do I get one?

During the transition, forms will be located on the websites of both the Registrar and the Graduate School. Eventually all forms related to biographical changes and records and registration will be found only at registrar.uconn.edu.

I have a form. Where do I go now?

Forms that require a signature from the Graduate School must be brought to the Graduate School for signature, located at the Whetten Graduate Center, Second Floor. Once all necessary signatures have been obtained, forms must be brought to the Registrar’s Office for processing: Office of the Registrar, Wilbur Cross Building, First Floor.
